Environmental Statement

We at Havills are improving our environmental impact each day, here are a few examples of actions we are taking:

• We shred our waste paper and it is collected weekly
• Our printer cartridges are collected by the NSPCC for recycling
• We recycle cardboard boxes and reuse them for deliveries
• Managing and disposing of all waste in a responsible manner
• Encouraging staff to be energy efficient
• Old fluorescent tubes are disposed of by arrangement with one of our local suppliers
• Waste from Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive. This makes 'producers' of electrical and electronic equipment responsible for the waste that arises from it
• We undertake to comply with any requirements of the WEEE. Regulations that apply to us and keep ourselves informed of developments in the WEEE regulations
